Creative Visualisation Session

Service Description

Using various techniques this includes a chance for you to talk/offload about your issue then you will sit or lay on the couch and I will guide you through some relaxation, gentle breathing techniques and then we will ‘journey’ to your perfect place of healing (wherever that may be) for a deep guided visualisation. Within this ‘safe space’ the healing can occur, ideal for those who feel overwhelmed or struggle to relax or want a different approach to counselling. Visualisation is not hypnotherapy but rather a deep relaxed state whereby the client is always in control and knows what is going on at all times.
