Service Description

Ideal for deep relaxation or if you’ve had a bout of stress to ‘bring you back to you’. To start with you can talk about your issue or set your intention for the visualisation and then as you lay on a comfy couch with cosy blankets, I then guide you into the ‘journey’ and clear, reframe, rebalance as needed. While you are in this deep state of relaxation you will receive ‘hands off or hands on’ reiki healing for further rebalancing and re-alignment.
